Brush with a dry toothbrush first to help keep your mouth clean and healthy.

Use your soft toothbrush totally dry with no toothpaste and brush your teeth inside and out for 30 seconds. 

Follow by adding toothpaste to the brush to give yourself a fresh mouth feeling and fluoride protection.

One study reported that when people brushed with a soft toothbrush without toothpaste first, their plaque deposits were reduced by 67%, and gum bleeding dropped by 50%.
